Our 5-step cleaning process
- Pre-treat with an encapsulating cleaner.
- Agitate the carpet with a rake to loosen dirt and soil.
- Use a hot steam extractor with rinsing agents to deep-clean the carpet.
- Groom it with a rake again to restore its original look.
- At your request, we can apply a coat of Scotchguard or a similar treatment to protect the floor from future damage.
